TWED Consulting Company Ltd was incorporated on 14th October 2005 and specializes in offering solutions of very high quality and first class property development that enhances productivity in modern working environment. Some of its products are the magnificent buildings TWED Plaza on Plot 22B Lumumba Avenue and the new “TWED Towers”on Plot 10 Kafu Road in Kampala City which have become the marvel of the city and setting the pace and standard of office development.

History
The company derives its experience from its founders in particular Dr. Dan Twebaze who started property development in1993, with 26 innovative, appropriate and affordable housing units targeting “life starters that were completed in 1999,a beautiful office property on Upper Kololo terrace completed in 2002 and a number of undeveloped land in different locations.

Current Activities
TWED Consulting Company LTD is finalizing the development of “TWED Towers” which is an 18,000 sq meters of built up area of a 12 storey fully sound proofed and energy efficient double glazed solar glass building on Kafu Rd that enjoys a fantastic view of the golf course, with 9000 sq metres of office letable space on 8 floors with a typical floor space of 1100 sq metres per floor, 8000 sq metres of 3 basement parking that can accommodate 241 cars, 4 modern high speed lifts, a gym and health club and two high class restaurants, coffee terrace, boutiques and 4 pent houses.
Each office floor is divided fully serviced wings of 450 sq metres on wing (A) and about 650 sq metres on wing (B) which can either be rented independently or in aggregates of several floors depending on the needs of the client. Only 40% is still available for up take, which can either be bought as a condominium for a wing floor or several floors or rented in a traditional lease.
Future Plans
We are planning to construct 40 two –three bedroom homes for middle to senior executives in Sonde (Namugongo) next to the planned industrial park to be sold off on mortgage terms. We are in discussions with mortgage financiers in order to make it easy for prospective buyers to get mortgages with ease.
In final discussions with foreign partners to establish a 200 million dollar multi-functional housing estate on Entebbe Rd with a satellite town character comprising of residential units, Shopping malls, Offices, Schools, Educational facilities, Health facilities, entertainment centers and Recreational facilities.
