The office complex is a 5-storey building, of office space, and underground parking.The beautiful triangular plot is located next to the French and Swedish Embassies.

Finishes
The building is finished to international standards with azure marble around the lift area and Kerela marble on the floor and steps. Only about 15% of the public areas like the wet areas and stairs are tiled with Astra Kelera marble tile in combination with blackish gray Italian altair polished tile. The rest of the areas is left for you to complete to your taste and branding.
Pantries are fitted with cabinets on every floor with exquisite granite tops which offer a comfortable ambiance for staff to prepare their beverages to enhance their performance.
Services
- Water: connected to mains water supply (NWSC) with overhead reserve tanks on the roof slab.
- Power: is connected to mains electricity grid. With a 315 KVA transformer for the building and a 250 KVA Generator. You will provide your own power backup or any transformer in case of special requirements.
- Sewerage: To be reverted to NWSC mains.
- Air conditioning is to be provided by you however, the building has preplanned ducts to accommodate central air conditioner.
- Fire/smoke detectors, horse reels for stand-by fire fighting equipment on all levels
